John Raese vs. Albert Howard
The coal industry practice of Mountaintop removal in West Virginia can be compared to drug cartel corruption, partial-birth abortion in America and the 24 hour filibuster by Robert C. Byrd in 1964 against civil rights in the Senate. The blood of those murdered by toxic coal dust and polluted rivers cries out for justice.
